MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)直譯為材料安全數據一覽表即化學(xué)品安全說(shuō)明書(shū)。是化學(xué)品生產(chǎn)商和進(jìn)口商用來(lái)闡明化學(xué)品的理化特性

（如PH值，閃點(diǎn)，易燃度，反應活性等）以及對使用者的健康（如致病，致畸等）可能產(chǎn)生的危害的一份文件。 MSDS是化學(xué)品生產(chǎn)或銷(xiāo)售企業(yè)按法律要求向客戶(hù)提供的有關(guān)化學(xué)品特征的一份綜合性法律文件。

按照MSDS應具備以下內容：

1. identification of the substance/preparation and of the company/undertaking 物質(zhì)的識別號

2. composition/information on ingredients; - Risk Phrase 合成成分方面的數據

3. hazards identification 危險識別號

4. first-aid measures 急救措施

5. fire-fighting measures 消防措施

6. accidental release measures 出事故時(shí)解除痛苦的措施

7. handling and storage 處置和儲藏

8. exposure controls/personal protection 接觸控制和個(gè)人保護

9. physical and chemical properties; - ~ 14 items 物理和化學(xué)性質(zhì)

10. stability and reactivity 穩定性和反應性

11. toxicological information* 毒物資料

12. ecological information 生態(tài)資料

13. disposal considerations 丟棄考慮

14. transport information 運輸資料
