CE認證Declaration of conformity介紹

在出口歐盟市場(chǎng)時(shí)，除了CE證書(shū)，經(jīng)常會(huì )有客戶(hù)或者海關(guān)要求制造商或者出口商提供Declaration of Conformity，那么什么是Declaration of Conformity呢？Declaration of Conformity（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)DOC），中文翻譯為符合性聲明，CE認證的各個(gè)指令中都規定了制造商或者其歐盟授權代表必須制作符合性聲明，作為CE認證合格評定程序的一部分，DOC必須在產(chǎn)品投放歐盟市場(chǎng)之前發(fā)布。在有些指令里有的名稱(chēng)，比如建筑產(chǎn)品CPR法規中，該文件稱(chēng)為性能聲明DECLARATION OF PERFORMANCE（DOP）。

DOC需要符合什么

DOC是一種責任聲明，聲明你符合CE指令及相關(guān)協(xié)調標準的要求，DOC必須建立在合規的合格評定之上，比如產(chǎn)品的測試報告或者合格證書(shū)。DOC是由制造商出具的，而不是測試機構或者認證機構。以電子電器產(chǎn)品為例，在進(jìn)行LVD/EMC測試合格并按照指令要求準備技術(shù)資料之后，制造商就可以出具這兩個(gè)指令的DOC，當然，如果您有ROHS 2.0的要求，在相應的測試后，也可以在DOC上增加ROHS 2.0。

DOC的內容

以EMC指令為例，DOC內容包含以下：

EU declaration of conformity (No Xxxx)

1. Apparatus model/Product (product, type, batch or serial number)

產(chǎn)品名稱(chēng)/型號

2. Name and address of the manufacturer or his authorised representative

制造商或其授權代表的名稱(chēng)和地址

3. This declaration of conformity is issued under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

本符合性聲明由制造商全權負責發(fā)布。

4. Object of the declaration (identification of apparatus allowing traceability; it may include a colour image of sufficient clarity where necessary for the identification of the apparatus)

聲明的對象（允許可追溯性的設備標識；它可能包括一個(gè)足夠清晰的彩色圖像，如有必要，用于設備標識）

5. The object of the declaration described above is in conformity with the relevant Union harmonisation legislation

上述聲明的目的是符合相關(guān)的法規/標準。

6. References to the relevant harmonised standards used, including the date of the standard, or references to the other technical specifications, including the date of the specification, in relation to which conformity is declared

對所使用的相關(guān)協(xié)調標準的引用，包括標準的日期，或對其他技術(shù)規范的引用，包括與聲明一致性有關(guān)的規范的日期。
